How this estimate works

Quick estimate: monthly revenue = stations × average 30-minute sessions per day × price per session × 30 days. Simulator and RC revenue are calculated separately. When the cars are driven from your simulators, the simulators' booked sessions are split between simulator and RC sessions.

Plan mode: each day adds up sessions per station × stations of that kind × the session price; the week is the sum of the seven days, and a month is 4 weeks. A station can't run more sessions than fit in the day's opening hours, and cars driven from your simulators share the simulators' time. Sessions for equipment you haven't added in step 1 aren't counted. Events from step 4 add their price × events per month.

Equipment: $65,796 for simulators and $44,596 for RC stations and track. Each RC station is $7,399 with the car included, plus $4,899 per station when motion is added. Cars driven from your simulators are $1,450 each, with no extra station. The $15,000 track build is included only when you add RC and tick it.

Software: $150/month includes 2 rigs; +$35/month for each additional rig (USD). Each simulator and RC control station counts as a managed rig in this estimate (cars driven from simulators add none); confirm licensing in your quote. No stations means no subscription in the calculator.

Monthly cash = session revenue − software − rent − staff − other expenses. Blank expense fields count as $0.

Equipment recovery divides equipment and track costs by positive monthly cash after the expenses entered. Zero or negative cash does not reach recovery. Venue setup, unentered costs, financing and taxes are excluded.
