Motion simulators for your event

    Who's on site

    Always included

    PITLabs event manager

Someone from our team manages the event start to finish and steps in if anything fails. The system runs itself, so guests never wait on staff.

Want someone to run the line and coach first-timers? Ask us and we add one to your quote.

    Your event, your rules

    Three ways to run it

Pick how guests get on the simulators. All three are 100% self-service, with a PITLabs event manager on site in case anything fails, and each works with a hotlap leaderboard.

    Free play screen

    1Free play

Guests walk up and drive. On a free simulator they press any button on the wheel, pick a car and difficulty, and race.

Best for: private parties, client nights, team building

    Lead capture screen

    2Lead capture

To play, guests scan the event QR code, leave their name, email and phone on their own phone, and sign the waiver. A 6-digit code unlocks the simulator. Every contact goes into your post-event report.

Best for: trade shows, product launches, dealerships

    Pay to play screen

    3Pay to play

Guests scan a QR code and pay by card on their own phone, through Stripe. The screen moves on by itself once the payment goes through. You set the price per run. PITLabs collects the payments; after the event we send you the revenue report, you invoice us for it and we pay you.

Best for: public events, festivals, fundraisers

    Waivers and driver limits

In lead capture and pay to play, each driver signs a digital waiver before their first run, and a parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18. Free play has no sign-up or waiver by default; if you need free play with a waiver sign-up, let us know and we'll set it up. In every mode, drivers must be at least 4 ft 6 in tall and weigh no more than 240 lb.

    Planning your space

Space, power and guests per hour

Each simulator is about 65 × 57 in (1660 × 1450 mm) and needs about 6 × 8 ft of floor, including room to get in and out, and its own 20A, 120V circuit with two outlets: one for the PC, one for the motion system.

    4 simulators24 × 8 ft · 192 sq ft4~40
+ Leaderboard TVOn a stand beside the sims+1 outlet–

Plus room in front for the kiosk and the waiting line. *With the default 5-minute runs. The kiosk is a tablet on a stand at the start of the line, where guests sign up or pay; it needs no circuit of its own. Simulators can also go in two rows of two (about 12 × 16 ft). We adapt the layout to your room.

    How fast the line moves

Up to 4 guests drive at once, one per simulator. Runs are 5 minutes by default, and you can set a different length for your event. With 5-minute runs plus about 1 minute to swap drivers, each simulator serves about 10 drivers an hour. Example, 150 guests over 8 hours: with 2 simulators, 150 guests can each drive once in about 7.5 hours. With 4 simulators, every guest could drive twice in the same time, assuming continuous operation.

    • A level floor where the simulators will stand
    • Access about 2 hours before and 1 hour after
    • Load-in route: tell us about stairs or elevators
    • Outdoors? Tell us and we confirm the setup
